1x Shell and tube heat exchanger, XLG Heat Transfer, S.L., unit for heating, holding (residence time) and cooling liquids, including a system for producing hot water using steam, fitted with a Siemens touchscreen control system, used for heating 1,200 litres per hour from 6 °C to 50 °C (8x tube heat exchangers XLG SC-89/51-6.0-304L/316L-X, nominal length 48 metres), residence time at 50 °C (24x tube heat exchangers XLG HT-51-6. 0-316L-X, nominal length 144 metres), cooling from 50 °C to 8 °C (4x tube heat exchanger XLG SC-89/51-6.0-304L/316L-X, nominal length 24 metres, subsequently expanded with a further 4 units), the expansion joints in the cooling section have suffered a blow, steam-generated hot water (1x tube heat exchanger XLG I-76/7x18-0.5-304L/316L-X, nominal length 0.5 metres), the unit is assembled on a stainless steel frame, dimensions 690 x 150 x 215 cm (LxWxH), documentation available, used in the production of plant-based proteins (pilot plant)
