1x Feeder, stainless steel silo of 2000 litres (2 m3) capacity with quick-dismountable Three-Tec flat-bottom double screw dosing unit, silo 150 cm Ø x 182 cm high, on top a 50 cm Ø manhole, a Milltronics level switch, 2 openings of 21 x 21 cm and a connection for dust extraction, the silo has 3 supports at the side wall for hanging mounting and an inspection hatch of 35 x 44 cm, under the silo there is a driven product discharge unit especially for difficult flowing products (2.2 kW SEW drive), this product discharge unit feeds the double screw dosing unit (1.1 kW SEW drive), the dosing unit has a 15 cm Ø outlet and is fitted with a pneumatic valve to prevent product after-run, there are two sets of dosing screws (1x with shaft and 1x shaftless/spiral screws), product contact parts made of stainless steel 304, incl. drive-out frame to move the feeder away from under the silo for cleaning, used in the food industry
